2023 Strategic Plan
Throughout 2023, the members of the Missouri State ID Access Coalition engaged in conversations around the vision and direction of coalition work as well as planning around the coalition structure that would help us best meet our goals. We are excited about the goals outlined for the coming years and the engagement of coalition members to make those goals reality. Below, you will see the five strategic goals as well as the currently defined structure. The structure visualizes the various subcommittees that are currently open for participation. Stay tuned for committee schedules as the newly formed committees start meeting.
Strategic Roadmap
Goal 1: Reduce or eliminate the cost of government-issued identification
Goal 2: Pursue reforms to ensure equitable access to local Department of Revenue (DOR) office services
Goal 3: Expand access to government-issued identification through nongovernmental organizations
Goal 4: Cultivate relationships and build power for State and Local legislative change
Goal 5: Increase awareness through education and outreach
